Service agreement
These terms govern the provision of irrigation design, installation, servicing and rainwater harvesting services by Surrey Irrigation. By requesting a survey or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.
Surveys and quotations
Surveys are provided without obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. All quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey; if site conditions differ from those assessed, additional charges may apply.
Installation work
Installation is carried out to industry standards using professional-grade equipment. We will agree the scope, timeline and cost with you before work begins. Any variations to the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation. Typically, a deposit may be required to secure an installation slot, with the balance due on completion. Servicing and repair work is invoiced on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Warranties
Installation workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified in your quotation. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by third parties, or failure to carry out recommended servicing.
Liability
Surrey Irrigation accepts liability for damage caused by our own negligence during installation or servicing. We do not accept liability for pre-existing conditions, third-party works, or issues arising from information you have provided that is later found to be inaccurate.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking by notifying us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable where work has already commenced or materials have been ordered.
